ALTER HALL
For KLH, this project for Xavier University included MEP services, HVAC systems, fire protection and communication & information technology (CIT) planning. Renovation to this fifty-four year old classroom building presented challenges due to its age, the original systems, and the desire to update the building into an innovative, engaging, and flexible space.
The goal is multi-faceted and includes exterior facades that create an interchange with the Academic Mall and the Hoff Academic Quad. The design also addresses Xavier’s desire for LEED Gold Standards and a building that engages occupants in the building performance metrics and encourages conservation habits.
