Mr. Parnell joined KLH Engineers in 2001 and has served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since that time. Past experience in corporate risk management and treasury departments had provided a good foundation for this dedicated professional. His favorite movie is The Americanization of Emily and his favorite sport is soccer. Mr. Parnell is active in community soccer leagues.
