DELTA FLATS APARTMENTS

The location of Delta Flats Apartments at a prominent busy intersection garners much visibility. Consulting engineering services were provided by KLH including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for three new apartment buildings. Each apartment is designed with its own HVAC system. The complex includes a swimming pool for which KLH designed power for the equipment and domestic water connections. The level of design was for LEED for Homes certification and KLH also provided construction administration.
