TITLE: Electrical Engineer
LOCATIONS: Fort Thomas, Kentucky
Jacob has provided consulting engineering services for retail and educational clients during his career with KLH. For one university client, his efforts were integral on a variety of projects related to reliability, production, cost reduction, safety, and sustainability. These included upgrading all lights in both power plants cutting electric usage by 60%. All projects were completed as scheduled and under budget. He led the client through filing all paper work whereby the institute received a sizeable rebate. He collected and tracked energy data used by management to identify areas for improvement and used for rate negotiations at the PUCO. Jacob coordinated another project with three parties – the university, an energy company, and the city – to upgrade lighting to LEDs in areas surrounding the campus. His dedication was asset to the team.
In Jacob’s free time he enjoys country music and concerts. He also follows college football and cheers for the Cincinnati Bengals.
