James, a member of the firm since 2001, has been an integral part of numerous design teams and in 2004 he became Director of the Specialty Retail Studio. In 2008, he was named a Principal and in 2014 became COO. In this role he provides the leadership, management, and vision that ensures the company has the operational controls, administration and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization.
