Metropole Restaurant

The Metropole restaurant in the new 21c Museum Hotel was an historic rehabilitation project in the entertainment district area of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.  The building housing this fine dining facility was recently listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Sustainable features of the building systems designed by KLH Engineers included highly efficient HVAC and lighting, reduced water consumption, improved indoor air quality and reduced CO2 emission footprint. Partnering with other consultants, KLH worked with the team to obtain sales tax and utility rebate incentives.
