MORGENS HALL

The University of Cincinnati Morgens Hall was built in 1965 on the Uptown Campus. The major goal of this project was to completely rejuvenate, restore and refresh the residential facility into a desirable living space. KLH designed complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems, as well as new lighting giving the dorm units a contemporary feel.  With its recent completion, this 152,000 SF, 15-story residential building is now a showpiece of student housing across the country. Morgens Hall achieved LEED silver certification in 2015. It was also honored with design awards from AIA Cincinnati, AIA Cleveland, and AIA Ohio.
