TITLE: Principal, Board Chairman
LOCATIONS: Lexington, Kentucky
A member of the firm since 1985 and a principal since 1996, Robert was recently appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of KLH Engineers and is the managing principal of the Lexington, Kentucky office. As Chairman Mr. Lonnemann provides oversight of the board and policy. He brings a unique perspective having successfully founded the Lexington regional office of KLH in 2012. Mr. Lonnemann’s father, Vince Lonnemann, was a past firm principal who passed along to his son the values of working hard, playing hard, and always doing your best. As a managing principal, his responsibilities include project management and design of mechanical systems including steam, hot/chilled water, process piping and distribution, air handling, plant facility design, energy management and temperature controls.
