With 80,000 SF of ground level retail plus 300 apartments above, this riverfront project was a multi-phase, mixed use commercial and residential neighborhood. KLH provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as fire protection services to the 2.6 acre complex.

Phase 1A of development included approximately 300 rental dwelling units along with 60,000 SF of retail, some being two-story spaces, and restaurant space. This two-block site also included an underground parking garage (designed by others).

Despite the two plus year construction timeline, the project stayed well within the budget set.
